Intellectual property of the images
Every photograph published on this site is an original work protected by Italian Law 633/1941 and by international copyright conventions. All rights are reserved to Gabriele Di Fazio, including where the images portray dishes, venues or people belonging to third parties.
Without prior written authorisation it is forbidden to:
- download, copy, reproduce or store the images, in whole or in part;
- publish them on websites, social networks, printed matter, menus or advertising material;
- modify, crop, recolour or remove credits and metadata;
- use them to train artificial intelligence models or to build datasets;
- resell them or grant them to third parties under any title.
Sharing through the site's own share buttons, which always link back to the original page, is permitted.
Licences granted to clients
Where images are produced under commission, their use by the client is governed by the specific licence agreed in the quotation or contract: scope, media, territory and duration are defined there. Publication on this site does not extend that licence, and does not create any new one in favour of third parties.
