Notes on imagery in fine dining: strategy, light, visual identity. For the people who run restaurants, not just write about them.

Pontinia · Latina

Contemporary osteria opened in 2015 behind the Agro Pontino Museum, now a Michelin-starred restaurant. Fabio Verrelli D'Amico in the kitchen, Sara Checchelani front of house. Twenty images from several shoot days: plates at the pass, hands, the garden and the team.
Studio

Not client work. A romanesco shot against the light, to see how far the geometry of a vegetable can hold a frame on its own — no plate, no laid table.
Sezze · Latina

Via Torre Pani, in the Lepini mountains above Sezze: a farmhouse with the old tower it takes its name from behind it, hand-drawn and signed in blue on the sign. «Walk slowly and leave light footprints» is how it introduces itself, and in the kitchen that means a short menu, woods a few steps away and a truffle that every so often is found by a dog. Five frames shot between the trees and the dining room: the dish served on the moss-covered rock was born there.
Priverno · Latina

In the old heart of Priverno, inside the medieval undercroft of a thirteenth-century church. Fifteen tables, Lorenzo Palladini in the kitchen and his brother Simone in the dining room. Nine images, portraits and plates, for a project covered by Identità Golose, Gambero Rosso and James Magazine.
València · Spagna

Quique Dacosta's restaurant in central València, opened in January 2026 as the evolution of El Poblet, with Carolina Álvarez in the kitchen. Five plate and dining-room images in artificial light.
València · Spagna

Four tables only, in the Ruzafa quarter. Signed by Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo, Argentinians trained inside the Quique Dacosta group. Two frames in deep chiaroscuro — which is how the room actually looks when you are sitting in it.
Latina

Contemporary pizza on the Appian Way, just outside Latina: long-fermented dough baked in the pan.

"My gaze moves where food meets desire and matter meets light."
I seek images capable of evoking elegance.
Nothing loud, nothing superfluous: only what holds character, balance, and intensity. My work stems from a demanding aesthetic sensibility, shaped by more than a decade of experience and a precise vision of beauty.
I work with Michelin-starred restaurants and with entrepreneurs in the world of food, wine, and product,
across Italy and abroad,
choosing projects in which imagery does not accompany, but defines.
Because true luxury is not excess, but the quality of what lingers in the eye.
